With its 13 operating companies, Kersten is active in a number of areas from distribution, electrical installations, car sales, tourism, energy to various other areas. In 2006 Kersten decided to combine companies operating in the same sector of the market in strategic divisions. As a result, Kersten has 5 operational divisions where customers are offered a total package of their products and services, aimed at delivering solution to their customers.
The division structure ensures total cohesion and communication within the division and encourages the exchange of best practices, while generating synergies in business development activities and yet leaving operating units with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
